I have a Gear S3 connected to my S10+. Not seeing the Galaxy Watch Plugin even making the list of battery consumers.

That app recently updated. Maybe it's buggy? If you don't have a watch, you can uninstall it.

Try clearing the app's cache. Maybe something went wrong during the update.
