Galaxy S 5 Update

SINCE the update my phone freezes, overheats, lags, glitches, and keeps saying that my contacts have closed. Any help.

OK, give this a shot
first thing you want to do is power your phone off. now hold down the volume up button the home button and power button at the same time until your phone boots back up and into recovery. now use your volume rocker to select wipe cache hit the power button to make it happen. once it's finished use your volume rocker to select reboot system hit the power button and your phone will boot back up. see if this helps your situation

if that doesn't fix your problems you'll probably have to do a factory data reset. before you that far try the cache clear
