it sucks that Sprint will probably delay this on purpose to give the EVO 3D enough time to make some money without competition.

You are probably right but each phone caters to a specific like, I am sure that both will sell very well.

agreed, i think in this case it will be a matter of the screen and 3d capability. some people want one thing, others don't want it.

i'm going to wait for this phone!
