I just got an S10. When I pair it with the bluetooth on my car it works fine for the first 10 - 20 seconds of a call and then disconnects. My car is a 2014 BMW 228i. I have tried keeping the screen on by browsing the web while making a call and the bluetooth will still stopped after 20 seconds. I also disabled all of the power optimizations under the battery settings and it still has this issue. I have reset the network settings and cleared the cache. Nothing seems to make a difference. Before this phone I had the S9 plus for a day before I returned it to get the S10. The S9 had no issues with my car. I am really wish I stayed with the S9 now and I might have to bring back the S10 (if it weren't for this issue I would much rather keep the S10.)

Have you tried un pairing and erase from car then pairing again?

Re-pairing is good advice. I would also post this on bimmerpost if that doesn’t work. You would want to know what headunit hardware your car has.

No issues with my 2015 f30 and s10+.
