Galaxy s10 plus fuzzy video quality

I took some video for first time on my new S10+ indoors at night, and every time I was in wide angle during the video it was blurry and or fuzzy. But when I zoomed in it wasn't fuzzy anymore. Anyone know why wide-angle videos are fuzzy? Does it matter what resolution I have it set to? I also saw a YouTube video mention that having video stabilization on while filming in lower light made videos fuzzy. Anyone else experienced this?

The wide angle is not a good camera to use at night per what I read.
