Recently purchased the S10e and the fingerprint sense on the power button was working just fine then all the suddon stopped working and when I go to the fingerprints in Settings->Biometrics and security it keeps giving me the error "An error has occurred with the fingerprint sensor. If this message appears repeatedly, restart your pone."
I have attempted to restart my phone multiple times and I have also reset the phone to factory settings and still get this error. Has anyone else seen this problem or issue? I contact samsung support via webchat and mentioned I take it to a walk-in service or mail it in. I would like to avoid all of that if possible and someone has a trick that I don't know about.
