Galaxy s21, Cannot edit notification panel buttons

[Android Central Question]

Hello,

Recently I got the Samsung Galaxy S21, I have re-ordered the phone as I like it as well as the notification panel button. However yesterday when I tried to re-order the buttons it doesn't work. When I hold a specific button like you normally should it doesn't go into the panel at all. It goes straight to the home page, like I am setting an app icon.

I hope someone can help me out.

You didn't mention you try anything so I'll give some suggestions, reboot your device if still not working go into safe mode does it work?

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be sure -- you're selecting the Edit Buttons option first, and then trying to edit the Quick Settings buttons, right?
