I'll get it if AT&T gets the 256Gb version. I'll need that since there's no SD card option anymore.

I've been happy with my S20 FE with 128Gb because I also have a 128Gb SD card with a bit more than half of that filled with music. I couldn't fit it all on internal memory alone with more than half of that filled with the OS and apps now.
