Galaxy S25 Ultra doesn't vibrate when I missed a text

With my older Galaxy 22+ if I missed a text, when I picked up my phone it would vibrate regardless of how long ago the text was missed. I can't seem to figure this out on the new phone. is there a setting that will make the phone vibrate when it is picked up indicating a missed text or call?

Go to settings>advanced features>motion and gestures>toggle on Alert when the phone is picked up

I have already tried that and confirmed it is on. I have restarted the phone. It still does not work

Hmm.. is the phone set on mute?

Try putting it in safe mode and test if it works, also make sure no power saving mode is on or low battery

I tried it in safe mode, receiving a txt, and still no vibration. Power saving is off.
