i was just wondering something.the galaxy s2 works fine on 4g.they say that the galaxy s3 probably wont be quad core when it comes to the US because that chip wont support LTE.my question is,would the quad core chip support sprints 4g? that would be a big advantage for sprint if it could have the only quad core galaxy s3 in the US.:-$:-$:-$

Now that WiMAX is out we should be getting phones a bit quicker too. Galaxy Nexus took half a year to get on the Sprint network!!!

Yeah, but it came out with an updated version of ICS. Verizon version is still what 4.0.2, where the sprint version is 4.0.4? Either way, can't be held to put like that. I think that all USA carriers are just full of BS. We will never see the pricing or phone releases as other countries do until this market changes. :/

Not sure, but i believe it's possible, we did get the 4.5 with the notification light bells & whistle ! Isn't our battery bigger also? Im interested in the performance vs. battery exchange for the quad cores. This SII is still powerful & handles every task(s) i throw at it, and i still haven't tried overclocking!
Off topic slightly I'm also enjoying the 4g which is everywhere in the Chicagoland area. It's seems as if cellular technology is trying to live up to a yearly hype! i would've liked to seen more innovative changes to the gs3. Perhaps the razors maxx battery. this should be standard with these smartphones. I also understand that galaxy s a brand / business so they have to move units & strike while it's hot. I'd love to see the quad core in our version, however I'm more interested in its wireless charging feature, and if our u.s. Versions again remove that (I Phone) like ugly center button, before i purchase... Reminds me of a 3Gs

the S3 really is an ugly phone. I'll stick with my epic for another year. I see no reason to upgrade.

I know right! I was trying my best not to feel this way what were they thinking? Maybe in person it will look better. Only hope we have is that tweet change the US version!

I even considered an LG.... Butttt I'll probably just wait & keep following Sony's Xperia ion & S, stylish phone!

To actually answer your question, no, it won't be compatible because it doesn't have a wimax radio.
