Galaxy S3 Alarm Question

Is there/what is the setting to silence everything on the phone but have the alarm audible? I'm looking to silence emails,texts. and phone calls while I sleep but be able to set the alarm and be able to hear it in the morning.

set phone and notification to 0 and have the alarm volume up
