I was wondering how come my phone had 2493 of ram on the old score when its a 1gb ram phone 1024mb not 2493mb

Maybe those old CPU scores were for a 2.5gb phone

I did a quadrant test and I got 3000 I've had the same problem a few times before just need to turn my phone off and on and its fixed so this is my real score
