Galaxy S3: How can I see the screen in the sunlight?

Re: How can I see the screen in the sunlight?

Sorry,I was asking what I could do to maximize the screen visibility on my Galaxy Tab in full sun.

Turn up the brightness all the way... and then try and not to have the sun directly shining down on it... that's about the best you can do... lol

This is pretty much the only solution. I wipe it down with my glasses wipe and then play with the brightness until I can see what I'm doing lol

Does the Tab have the negative screen color widget? If not, you might try this app: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...details?id=com.gralax.quickinv&token=S6f_RcTl

The only other thing to do is to use a sun shade. Three pieces of cardboard cut to surround the tablet on the top and part of the sides, and painted black on the inside, might help. Something like this: Arkon Sun Shade for 7" Tablets | Arkon SGT-7SS | Miscellaneous But you could probably make you own for a lot less money, and make the top part of the shade even higher.
