Galaxy S3 I9300 - Screen timeout doesn't work

Hey guys I got my s3 for quite some time already. Then one day I the screen and key light won't shut automatically. Put the delay 15/30sec 1/2/5/10minutes and nothing works. Same for the key light duration. Did hard reset a lot of times already. Factory reset even but no luck.. Please help!!! By the way I'm on 4.1.2
