galaxy s3 stuck at boot just displays first screen

Woke up this morning and my phone was displaying the first screen you see when you power on, black screen that says samsung galaxy.

No idea why this is. Battery way low last night so I put it on charge as usual and it now won't turn on.

I've tried to flash stock using odin but it fails, can't get it working at all. Can anyone please help?

Would you happen to have a JB firmware?
There's a known bug "crazy chip" that makes the phone lag, freeze and eventually either restart or come back to life. Only some 32gb S3 are affected.
Best advice is to update to newest firmware.

Hello can anyone help me please
I droppes my Samsung galaxy s3 in water not much water
So I cleaned it and I took the battery out then put in back in and it come up with downloading do not turn off
Can anyone help please only had it a week ?

DO NOT insert the battery back until you are sure it is completely dry inside (hope it's not too late).

Dip your phone in rice (raw, dry rice, any kind), rice absorbs humidity and will pull it out of your phone.
Once it's completely dry if you start it and still get that message, try flashing it following this guide: ULTIMATE step-by-step Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-i9300 Firmware update, rooting and customization guide.
