Galaxy S4 Active Update 4/24/15

My Galaxy S4 Active is requesting a software update today (4/24/15).
I have Android Version 4.4.2 (8/29/14).

I have read different forums where people are having issues with previous software downloads and I do not know what the new software entails, it is safe to download?

Its probably the Lollipop update but couldn't be for sure.
Make sure your battery is totally charged and go and do it yourself under settings.

Yes it's lollipop, and haven't had any issues in the device I own and updated.
