I haven't run into that. Some questions: How long has this been happening? Are you using the stock launcher or a 3rd party launcher? Also, is your device rooted or have uou attempted to root it?

Y would rooting it be a problem
I have the same problem but I've had this phone for a while...I did root the phone recently tho
