galaxy s4 battery life

Ok so my galaxy s4 is lucky to get 9 hours of moderate use on wifi before it dies and I already have power saver mode and I have the brightness turned down low, is this typical for the s4?

I pull a little more than that with mine I pulled mine off the charger at about 8:30 am and have 16 % charge
I'd say no
