Galaxy S4 Blocking Options

So I get these text messages from a person i well know and I just added them to by Spam list. If they try to text again, does anyone know what message they will get?

No message at all. Their texts just won't go through but they get no notification of that unless they request a delivery report (and that feature is supported by your carrier), in which case he won't get.
