galaxy S4 bluetooth issues

Hi all, I have had my Galaxy S4 connected to my Nissan for over a year with no issues at all...recently when it is connected it only works if I hold the phone in a certain spot, otherwise it crackles up and can't hear a thing...please help, holding my phone while driving kind of defeats the purpose of Bluetooth and I already got pulled over!

Try un-pairing and then re-pair them and see if that clears up the problem. Sometimes, I've noticed the connection gets hunky until the units have been reset.

Yeah I tried that a few times...still same issues...I have connected other phones with no problem so I know its a phone issue not the car

Disable Ok Google. Found the answer in another forum.
