Hey Guys.
I just tried updating my CANADIAN GALAXY S4 to Android 4.3 OTA. I let it install, and then it rebooted. It hasn't reached the homescreen yet. It keeps prompting me "Android Updating - Starting Apps". I get a glimpse of the lockscreen, and then it reboots. This just keeps happening over and over. I attached a video i took to clarify what is happening. Is there any way i can fix this without wiping my whole phone? Or at least back up the stuff?
