Good Day!
Wondering if someone can help me with this, apologies if this question has been asked and answered already.
My fiance is having issues with her Galaxy S4 and I'm wondering if anyone else out there has had the same issue and how they went about fixing it. So after she updated the OS to Lollipop the phone has started to brick and won't turn on the standard way. She has to hold down the power button, home screen button at center bottom of screen and move the volume button up/down all at once multiple times to get it to even turn on.The battery has not been draining as battery shows that there is still battery life remaining after it reboots. The phone also bricks when she has it connected to the Samsung dedicated battery charger.
The phone has not been rooted.
There have been no SIM card error messages.
I plan on wiping it and doing a factory reinstall tonight, wondering if anyone had any suggestions of things to try before doing that.
Thanks for your time!
