galaxy s4 heat and charging problem

[AC Question]

i have a galaxy s4 whose screen is changed because it was broken....now my problem is that when i connect charger it charged and get hot CPU temperature reach 68 degree centigrade .. and LED indicator never changed to green ..and battery drained so fast same as playing games and only last for 5 hrs even not using ........ what can i do to prevent it?????

If a professional changed the screen, I would take it back. There may have been a ribbon or something damaged during the swap.
