Hello, I am a current iPhone user (iPhone 4) and am really tempted to switch to the gs4 in a few weeks. Would you recommend this phone? Is it that good?! I also am looking for a PDF version of the cartoon owners manual/pamphlet that came with the gs4 in the cnet unboxing so if anybody has this please post it too. Thanks.

Absolutely, unless you are like really tied in the apple ecosystem. You will enjoy the phone. 
Also if you are not bothered by the plasticky feel of it but trust me its not cheap as some haters like to say. It actually costs more than the iphone to manufacture, i recommend getting a case.
