Galaxy S4 Jelly Bean 4.3 Mobile data disabled?

After upgrading my SG4 to Jelly Bean 4.3 my mobile data has been disabled? Mobile data is switched on yet I'm unable to use data. I'm able to text and receive calls just fine. Can anyone help me with this issue?​
