Galaxy S4 keep turning off

My Galaxy S4 keeps turning itself off. It switches on fine and still has battery life left. I have looked else wear and seen that battery with certain serial numbers can be changed but my battery does not fit in the criteria. Any ideas?

If possible I'd try a new battery. You can find them on Amazon for pretty cheap. The battery itself may just finally be going.
