Galaxy S4 Keeps Freezing

My Galaxy S4 keeps freezing randomly for a couple of seconds at a time and quite regularly. Its also abit slow at times aswell. Ive had this problem ever since the 4.3 update. I was wondering if I set the phone back to factory settings is there a chance this would fix the issue? Ive ran a couple of scans for viruses and they've came back clean. Any ideas on how to fix this would be great. Cheers

Yeah best bet is to restore ur S4 x
