Galaxy S4 & Otterbox Defender case question.

If you have used the new Otterbox Defender case with your Galaxy S4 are there any oil slicks/rainbow effects under the built in screen protector?

Yes I just purchased one yesterday and mine has the watermark effect under the screen. .. but the case is really great. ... I'm going to remove the film on the case and either put a screen shield or protector on the phone to replace the screen that's built on the case

Wonder if you removed the Otterbox plastic screen protector would the S4 fit into the case with a Spigen Glas.tr protector on it?
This sounds like a good combination.
