Galaxy S4: Screen brightness flicker?

Having an issue with the brightness of my screen flickering, for lack of a better term. To describe it better, imagine that someone randomly moves the brightness slider from the max setting, we'll say 10, to 9, and randomly back to 10 again. I've already turned everything off involving the screen, as suggested in other threads. Even put screen into dynamic, and then normal mode and it still does it. Is anyone else having this issue? Got a fix? It's very annoying. Thanks.

Same issue with me. It's annoying as hell. Keeps flickering especially with a white screen.

I have also similar problem, whenever i lower my brightness my screen starts to flick and while pressing the on/off button it flicks with green screen for a flash of a sec...wtf is wrong with my phone, is there any solution to fix it ??

Avoid flip cover on such phones. I assure your problem will be resolved..These flip covers resist sensors to work properly

This happens to me too! When ever im on Twitter it starts to flicker sometimes!
