I've tried the battery trick, I've done factory reset, I've cleaned the motherboard, I've tried to root my phone (then unrooted and restocked firmware), but none of these fixes my WiFi which consistently refuses to turn on. Anything else I've missed, or just send it into Samsung?

Please no saying "I have the same problem". That just makes it harder for other people to find a solution...

Thanks.

Take it back to the carrier that you purchased it from and have them replace it for you

There's no reason you should be having those types of issues with a phone that new

the connection from the wifi chip to board goes bad probably because of heat issues, you can try reflowing with a heat gun. I tried that and it started working again for like 30 minutes, I'm gonna attempt to re ball it before buying another phone.

I am having both the voice dissapearing when dialling but not when using viber or whatsupp.. Also the wifi signal is 2/5 whnen the other samsun is 5/5

I tried everything i every thing from clearing cache, resetting to factory default (that works but apparently once some apps updates it starts again). i am gong to uninstall one app at a time to see what happens.. but from my technical background, it is a T- mobile issue when the phone is used with a non t-mobile Sim......
