Galaxy S4: Trouble Sorting Apps

[AC Question]

Whenever I touch and hold down an app to move it to a different location the phone automatically starts jumping screens to the right. Makes it very difficult to organize my apps. It's as if the phone is stuck swiping to the right. Anyone else having this issue or found a fix.

Any help is appreciated.

Do you have a screen protector in your phone? Maybe clean the screen well and restart the phone and try again.
