Galaxy S4: Unresponsive screen

Yesterday my keyboard froze and the whole screen froze and today or was dropping instructions when trying to unlock. Screen giving out or bug?

I'd do a battery pull to see if it helps.

It doesn't seem to have done it since, but if you could tell me why developer options keeps disabling the animation scale that would be great

I haven't pulled battery
