Galaxy s4 vibration?

Somehow I think I've messed with some setting, and I can't get the vibration setting off pulsating. Like 5 or so little quick bursts. I'm using go sms pro and I have the setting as "normal one-time" under vibrations, and no matter what it's still pulsating. Any suggestions?

its kinda low on the vibration. no homo here but my epic was a louder when vibrating and i could hear it across the room. somehow the intensity on the S4 is lower. messed with the settings but no luck.
