galaxy s5 automatically deletes photos .

hello ,
my mother's galaxy s5 apparently deletes photos, videos from the gallery ever 3 to 7 days.

Welcome to Android Central! Are these photos and videos that were taken using the phone's camera? Can you still find them using the MyFiles app? Are they being saved to the Internal Storage or to an external SD card? If it's an SD card, it's possible the card is corrupt--you could try a different card.

Sync may also be setup to delete the images off the phone once they are uploaded to a cloud service. That is one of the options when setting up some sync apps..

i had the same problem flash photo did not work at all also photos and videos were disappearing i removed snap chat and cm cleaner and seems to be doing better not sure also new problem my sim card not being recognized. saying restart i took out put back in did not fix
