Galaxy S5 Battery Drains Extremely Fast

My friend's battery in her Galaxy S5 drains extremely fast. Her phone has been off the charger for less than 2 hours and went from 100% to 56% battery in that time span. Her location services are off, she has been on airplane mode all day, anything that could be draining power is turned off. Power saving mode has been turned on as well. Nothing makes it better.

Could you have her post or share with us a screen shot of the battery stats? Go into system settings > battery. You'll see the top used services and can select each one to see more information about it. That would be most helpful in us providing some solutions to fix the problem.
