I am not tech savvy, so please excuse my ignorance. I regularly buy and download music from the Amazon Music App. For the past few weeks after I purchase a song and download it to my device it is no where to be found. I dug around in my phone files and found my Taylor Swift songs in a folder. Here is the path:
SD card> android> data> com.amazon.mp3> files> music> private> taylor swift>speak now
But they are .m4a files and cant be played on my music app. I don't want to have to download a new music player app, i just want everything back how it used to be. HELP!
