Galaxy S5: Question about gallery layout

I have just got the Galaxy A5 and have the same issue with the Facebook function within the gallery, instead of having a gallery full of Facebook folders I have one folder with approx. 5,000 pictures, not even in date order. Very annoying. All of my previous phones synced via albums and this was great, very odd that this is a new phone that is high spec but has such a rubbish set-up here.
Hoping this will get fixed. Has anyone flagged to Samsung yet?

With my old S3 all my Facebook pictures were in their own separate albums. On my new S5 all of them are in one single album. Is there any way to change this?

Install the Cyanogen Gallery. You can add Facebook to it to view all your Facebook albums. If you have an earlier OS than Lollipop, you can get this gallery from the Play Store. If you have Lollipop, you will need to download and install the .apk file for Cyanogen Gallery 1.0.7, but before you do that, go in Settings, select Security, then check Unknown Sources.

Thank you, I've downloaded it and it's much better as it displays the albums from Facebook. Yay!

Oh my only gripe with this one is that it has grouped all of the photos tagged of myself into one album instead of including the photos in the original albums. So all my albums are missing half the pictures where I'm tagged. Weird? Doesn't seem to be any settings to amend this..

Hmm. I didn't even notice that since I didn't place any of the photos where I am tagged into different folders. I guess there's always a drawback somewhere.

so far what you've found the solution? I see people here do not understand the problems that occurred in the gallery samsung s5 because maybe they do not wear samsung s5. I have the same problem with you. please tell if you've got a solution .. thx

No solution. And I have moved on to the Galaxy S6.
