Galaxy S5 Screen Help

I have a Galaxy S5 and about a month ago the screen randomly pushed up in that the top is cutoff and the bottom is a blank line (that sometimes changes color with what is on the screen). It also restarts randomly and quite a bit whenever the screen is like this. Everything works fine, except it restarts and the screen is kind of messed up and changes color and goes upside down sometimes. Last week, the screen reverted completely back to normal. I was able to use it for about a week and then the screen and restart issue came back. I have tried factory reset and other methods. I am not sure what to do and need this to work.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like the hardware is failing. Backup or sync all of your important data NOW and bring it to a repair shop.
