galaxy s5 screen locks on call screen during calls

Recently, seemingly during incoming calls, my screen locks on the call screen making it impossible to access other apps, i.e., contacts, emails, etc.

Did I change a setting that I don't remember changing?

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you press the Home button during a call? Nothing at all?

Hmm, not sure. Try a couple of general troubleshooting tips:

1. Wipe the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404
2. Boot into Safe Mode, which can tell if you if the problem is due to a 3rd party app or not: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696
