Wipe the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404 2. Boot into Safe Mode, which can tell if you if the problem is due to a 3rd party app or not: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696 Upvote 0 Downvote
