So I emailed myself a pdf file to save and instead of having to refer to the email when i need it, i downloaded it, but don't seem to have a download icon available to get to that folder.

Is there such a thing as a Documents or Download folder that I can create a shortcut to on my GS5 home screen?

Thanks in advance for your input!

Your s5 has a download folder/Shortcut. If for some reason you don't see the download Shortcut in the app drawer, You can use es file Explorer to send a shortcut of the download folder to the desktop

Look in your app drawer under the icon for My Files.

I downloaded a pdf file to my Samsung Galaxy s5, and I find the file in the My Files folder, but when I tap it it says there is no app to open it. I downloaded Acrobat reader and it still says there is no app to read it. Why is that?
