Will there be 64GB & 128GB models of the Active?

To the best of my knowledge, you are getting the GS6 with a larger battery less card slot, replaceable battery and fingerprint scanner. It should perform well from a battery perspective given the optimization on the GS6.

Is the fingerprint scanner confirmed? The specs I have found on the web do not indicate a fingerprint scanner on the S6 Active.

I've always wanted a phone with this good of a camera and a get me thru any day kind of battery life. My top 2 priorities.

Not sure I'd call it a "lite" version of the GS6 simply because it lacks a fingerprint scanner. All other specs seem to be identical + 1000 mah larger battery.

They have them, I played with the display model. Optical Image Stabilization confirmed. They said it was a hard launch date, and are making me come back tomorrow. Oh well.

How does it feel in hand compared to the S6? That much bulkier?

May be a little harsh. Physical buttons, really on a flagship variant? Two features that would win fans back are missing. Only one storage model.

It's definitely bulkier. I had an s5 in a seidio surface case and it was probably close to half an inch taller. To be honest though, I think it felt great, and that it looks awesome. I tried to convince the guy to let me walk out with one, but I guess it's hard coded in their system to not sell it until tomorrow. I'll be there at 9 am. Lol

I have a very nice set of earbuds for when I listen to my music for more than a song or two ... but I have to admit I LOVE that Samsung included headphones with my GS4 and GS6 ... the headphones are not great, but they are not bad either ... and it gives me a backup pair for free, and I use them all the time for phone calls and basic stuff where I don't need "audiophile" quality headphones.

It's a shame that the Active does not appear to come with headphones.

Just the opposite. OEM headphones are still in the box. QC20 earbuds are awesome.
