Hi guys! I have a problem with my Galaxy S6. Sometimes, when music is playing, or when watching a video, the sound gets "choppy". That's the only way I can describe it. It's really annoying and there only way I can temporally fix it is with a reboot. What is happening here and is there a permanent solution?

ok, great. I will also look for a solution and let you know when i found one!
Hey, just wanted to let you know, a factory reset won't fix the issue, just did that and it's still happening. It looks like it's a kernel issue, which should be fixed through software updates, but I hope we find a workaround :)

Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Also, if you have Bluetooth on, try turning it off during playback.

aha, thanks for this information. I did not tested the factory reset, and i will not do that.
Lets keep searching for a solution :-)

I don't have direct experience with it, so I can't be sure. From what I've seen on the forums, though, you can just do the reinstall, and it will overwrite the existing firmware.
