Galaxy s6 Gold edge multitask hardware button stopped working no vibrate or light up.

Anyone have this problem. I am kinda pissed about it happening 15 days in to owning this device I paid 900 dollars for and could not get a new swap out at the Tmobile store because its 14 days over the grace period for returns so I got screwed by one day difference. So now I have to do an exchange and most likely get a refurbished s6 edge phone sent to me. Back button works but the button to the left that brings up task manager does not respond at all, does not even light up or vibrate when touching on it. Tried doing boot-loader reset as well as the normal reset nothing works.

Same here, my multitask button fails to get a response...not cool. Hopes Samsung offers a fix/update. I hope anyone knows what might be the reason and what the fix could be.
