Galaxy s6 keep poping up: "OPEN CHANNEL connect to server??

Hi
Me and 2 of friends are facing the same issue with galaxy s6, galaxy s6 edge . I tried to google it but found no solution.
I keep randomly getting a popup message that says:

OPEN CHANNEL
connect to server
Cancel Ok

Even if the phone is locked and the screen is off, the message pop up unlock the phone and appears for 3-5 seconds and then disappear and the phone get bac to be locked and screen is off.

when that message appears do you also get a notification in the pull down notification area?

No nothing just the pop up.

its most likely an app you installed. try uninstalling apps one by one and see if it stops
