Nova. Glim Lite icons.

How are you liking the Glim icon pack. Since I started using it I haven't changed the icon pack to another one.

I like them a lot. I still think I prefer the Rewun icon pack over Glim Lite, mainly because Rewun covers more of my apps. I'm sticking with Glim Lite for now though for a nice change.

So I decided to go back to TouchWiz and I've noticed that my S6 is really snappy, everything opens super fast and there is no lag what so ever. I noticed that when I was using Nova with the other setup I only had about 350MB of RAM available and once I started using TouchWiz again I have over 700MB of RAM left. And I've noticed battery life is also better. With that said I know most of us haven't been getting the battery life we want out of the S6 or the snappy performance this phone should be giving us and it could all be because of the setup we have on our phones.

Simplo icon pack. Needs to have corporate color accurate icons and then create other color variations. It needs a little work with widgets not part of the pack.

This the kind of battery life I never got with my setup using Nova. Has anyone else notice whether Nova Launcher has been the same power hug using it on your phone? I don't know if it was Nova or maybe Zooper Widget? But checking through my battery stats using both Nova with old setup and TouchWiz they were pretty much the same with both.

Could we maybe get any future posts to start including the key elements (i.e. rom, apps and widgets) you are running? I see a lot of cool stuff but have no clue what they are. Maybe include a link to the wallpaper used as well? Thanks in advance.

I had to swap to another S6 so I am back at TouchWiz for now also. So far it is faster / smoother. Some of that might be because I'm on a fresh phone though, time will tell. I'm not sure on battery just yet though. Common sense tells me less is more. What I mean is, a skin on top of skin has to use more RAM and Battery than just the stock skin. The only thing to determine then is if it is negligible or not. Just my thoughts.

My new and improved homescreen. I think this one will be more power efficient as I'm only using zooper for the phone icon and app drawer icon. No time or weather widgets and using regular icons not created by me using zooper. Decided to use the swipe function in Nova to swipe on my icons and bring up my widgets. Almost like having a action launcher kind of thing. I'll see how this works out. Missed my own setups.
