Galaxy s6 slow connection pop-up

Does anyone else have this popping up? I don't know how to get rid of it, I live in the country with a poor connection so this pops up all the time.

It's the first time I see something like that.

Can you check your network settings to see if you can turn that notification off from there?

It doesn't have an optoption in mobile settings, and it just recently started popping up after the new Verizon update. Specifically the one on, 9/25/15.

No one else is having this issue?

I'm on Sprint and I've checked my friend's GS6E on att, we don't have that issue. It might be an issue with the Verizon update you mentioned.
