Galaxy S6 Smart Alert Issue

My Smart Alert stopped working on my S6. I made sure it was turned on and it was working when I first got the phone and then it stopped. Then I did a complete reset and it worked again. After about 2 hours it stopped. Is anybody else having this issue? Thank you.

Mine says with a pop up that it has stopped working occasionally. This and I'm not even using it and don't have it enabled.
