Galaxy S6 - System memory issue

I just factory reset Galaxy S6. After the factory reset, 31.03 GB is used by System memory leaving me only 390 MB of free space out of 32 GB. I tried factory data reset multiple times but each time, 31 GB is used by System memory. I am using Android 5.0.2. How can I resolve this issue?
