Galaxy S6 won't say "Delivered", just sent (for text).

I have a galaxy s6 which is no longer telling me if my messages are delivered. It only says sent, even if I know it's been delivered. This just started today without me changing any settings. how do i fix this or is this a problem with Message +, or my phone, or Verizon? Thanks!
