Galaxy s6 won't stay powered on

My daughter has a galaxy s6 that she accidentally dropped today. Now the phone won't stay powered on unless plugged into charger, followed all troubleshooting steps including factory reset, still no change, what are the chance that the internal battery has become dislodged?

And does anyone have a rough idea of cost and turnover time to get this fixed, typical teenage girl can't live without her phone
